In recent expansion at Malaysia centre of excellence, we are hiring more talents to join us in the growth.  Below outlines the Responsibilites (1) or (2) or (3) as well as Requirements (compulsory) for a few vacant positions:


Agent scope includes:

  • Reviewing Accounts Receivable Aging to ensure compliance to set KPI
  • Following up and collecting payments of outstanding balances
  • Initiating contact with customers over the phone to collect outstanding payments
  • Reconciling customer and vendor statements, to research and correct discrepancies
  • Reconciling account position against agents' & finalising settlement through negotiation
  • Communicating with various stakeholders towards the best resolution, eg. customers, agents, vendors & internal colleagues; OR,

Accounts Payable scope includes:

  • Registering and posting purchase invoices
  • Reconciling vendor statements of accounts
  • Proposing vendor payments and making payments through e-banking
  • Allocating payment journals / credit notes
  • Processing expense management and raising service invoices to clients
  • Reconciling accounts payable to general ledger; OR,

Accounts Receivable scope includes:

  • Allocating customer receipts and other transactions & resolving unallocated items
  • Reconciling bank statements & resolving variances
  • Issuing sales invoices & clearing variances
  • Operating direct debit transaction for overseas receipts
  • Generating customer statements & follow-ups
  • Monitoring old receivables & cleaning of sales ledger
  • Reconciling accounts receivable to general ledger;

AND other General Finance Tasks include:

  • Prepare scheduled / ad hoc financial analysis reports
  • Response to related queries
  • Co-operate / support internal audit and process development
  • Update operation manuals and checklists
  • Commit SLA in terms of accuracy and timeliness
  • Accept and meet KPIs for individual tasks as well as team duties
  • Adding for Senior Finance Analyst: Supervise, train, coach and motivate direct reporting Finance Analyst


  • Candidate must possess Academic Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance / Commerce / other relevant subject, or partial Professional Certificate, or equivalent
  • Preferably minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience for Finance Analyst level; while fresh graduate is also welcome
  • Preferably minimum 3-4 years of relevant work experience with at least 1 year staff supervision for Senior Finance Analyst level
  • Good skills in Excel spreadsheets - vlookup, pivot table, formulas, linkage and command etc
  • Good English skills - speaking, reading & writing
  • Candidate must be a good team player and willing to be trained
  • Added value: Meticulous and good accounting concepts equipped with double entry knowledge
  • Added value: Ability to converse, read and write Mandarin will be an added advantage for China accounts
  • Added value: System knowledge in MS Navision / MNC or BPO or SSC experience / overseas exposure
  • Working hours 10am to 7pm plus overtime as and when required
