As the Head of HR, you will have full responsibility for the function. You will be tasked with developing a fit for purpose HR practice that can support the business in the pursuit of its goals. This will include formulating and designing the HR strategy, HR budgeting, Rewards, Recruitment, OD and Talent Management. The initial focus in the role will be around the organization structure and talent, focusing on the identification, recruitment and retention of critical hires. You will build an environment that will encourage candidates to join and remain with the organization, knowing that they will be challenged, respected, developed and rewarded, in equal measure.
You are commercially minded and a problem solver. You are articulate and able to communicate your ideas effectively across all levels. You are confident and creative, functioning best in situations where you are given a free hand to deliver how best you see fit. You challenge others and enjoy being challenged. You are not phased working in an environment where there is often a degree of ambiguity.
