- Be responsible for the overall sales performance of a sales team, including monthly new customers, revenue and profit
- Recruit the right sales people and manage the team, motivate and train the team, be their role models with proven best performance (also need to carry individual sales target besides team target)
- Manage sales pipelines and develop management reports, raise issues and actively communicate to solve problems
- Establish ELT brand awareness among local merchant communities through online and offline channels
- Build partnership with local merchant associations, to get referral of high quality sales leads and to strengthen our credibility through partners’ endorsement.
- Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.
- Strong experience of leading a ground sales team (地推团队), because our major target customers are offline stores (small merchants) and our sales need to do a lot of street sweeping
- Aggressive and result oriented, very fast in execution and logical thinking
- Excellent presentation skills and communication skills
- Preferably manager from a reputable company’s sales department, need to have proven top performance track record
- Degree from a reputable University
- Native Malaysian, good Mandarin and English are preferred
