We are new growing cafe based in Bandar Tun Razak, Cheras Kuala Lumpur.
In line with our current expansion, we are seeking talented and dynamic individuals to joint our team in the following position.
Job Responsibilities :
- Monitor and supervise overall operation & sales of the café.
- Coordinate the maintenance and development methods for high quality preparations of food and drinks.
- Conduct ROR (Review of Operations Risks) on food safety, SOPD, product quality and health risks to ensure compliance to required standard.
- Report to Director for overall operation & sales of the cafe.
Job Requirements :
- 3 years of experience in F&B operations management.
- Diploma in hotel management/food service or its equivalent
- Possess excellent management and organization skills, good leadership, good communication and coordination skills.
- Posses own transport.
