Acts as a bridge between customers, the Plant, TGA and suppliers. Not limited to liaison with customers to understand their needs, expectations and business, and communicate these to the Plant in order to produce samples and bulk orders to the customer’s quality, quantity and timeliness requirements, and to ensure fabric, sub-materials, and information are available on time to the Plant to support on time delivery (OTD) of samples and bulk garments.
Customer Order Servicing:
o Maintain and update Customer’s Manual based on customer’s updates.
o Clarify and confirm Customer’s Requirements or product requirements for production and communicate these to Technical Dept & Production.
o Proactively provide feedback by communicating to the customer on product design and materials recommendations based on feedback and Suggestion from Production.
Fabric Development & Samples:
o Study customer’s sample information and check with Production on construction feasibility when necessary. Translate customer’s requirements to production.
o Issue products booking based on information, content, construction, quantity and delivery date.
o Obtain order confirmation and details and pass relevant info to other related departments for their actions. Feedback Plant’s capacity constraints to customer if delivery requirement cannot be met and work to reach an agreement.
o Monitor schedule planning (production plan, fabric booking) and take appropriate actions to achieve agreed delivery.

o Build working relationships with internal customers by meeting their expectations to create high customer engagement.
