Job Responsibility
  • To deal directly with customers by telephone or/and email
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, assistant other team members to handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Identity and assess customers’ needs to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Process customer orders, application and requests if needed
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated departments
  • Keep records of customer interactions, inquiries, comments, complaints and transactions
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments regarding customers inquiries and complaints
  • Provide feedback to relevant departments on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • To perform any ad hoc assignments as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements
  • Working Experience: With or without experience are encouraged to apply
  • Training Provided: Yes
  • Know to speak English, Malay (with Mandarin an added advantage)
  • Must be willing to work on weekends and/or shift
