Customer service and customer satisfaction are a major part of any service based business. Customers determine the size and strength of a business and even its longevity. That’s why in this economy our client representatives are in such high demand.



  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email and live chat.
  • Solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems involving third party in the process.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers' complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Liaise with business partners and customers at the same time; not limiting to calls, emails and live chat, within the same period requiring multi-task.


  • Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills in English & Thai.
  • Required skill(s): computer knowledge, internet know how.
  • Required language(s): English, Thai
  • Confident and optimistic personality with creative vision
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Baru
  • Have passions in helping / solving people's problem.
  • Fresh graduates interest to work in customer service enviroment are encouraged to apply 
  • Three (3) Full-Time position(s) available.
