- Manage and maintain a good business relationship with existing and new customer and to promote company range of services.
- Identify, develop and expand market share in respective territory.
- Provide customer oriented at all times to retain and develop sustaining sales revenue.
- Maximize selling opportunities through new accounts by calling qualified prospect
- Continuously monitor the market development and re-align with the sales and marketing strategies, To look for opportunities to meet or enhance the sales target.
- Able to execute sales plan to achieve the sales target.
- Able to develop and generate customer interest and understand business requirements.
- Provide new & innovative ideas to target new customer.
- Service customers to achieve sales target and business goals.
- Promote the company’s range of services and solutions to customers.
- Work with team member to execute sales plan and achieve sales target.
- Generate customer’s interest in staff training and development and recommend suitable programs to meet their needs.
- Any other ADHOC items given to you by Head of Department or Management.
