We provide accurate and timely financial information meeting the company’s regulatory and fiduciary responsibilities with unwavering integrity. In the Finance division, our reporting and controlling teams are working on tasks like asset management, financial integration of mergers and acquisitions, as well as USGAAP-reporting. Our objective is to display all business activities in a financially correct and transparent manner.Responsibilities:
+ Work closely with the pursuit team and account team to understand the scope of the Regional engagement and contract in order to provide the requisite analysis information and recommendations to the pursuit and account team.

+ Analyze customer data.
+ Develop simulations & solutions.
+ Analyze industry and internal win/loss baseline.
+ Validate financial assumptions or T&Cs commercial assumptions.
+ Finance consultant for presales sales/account team.
+ Share knowledge and documentation (transfer, communication with counterparts).
+ Consults and provides required documentation to the SOAR process.
+ Participates in Project/Program Reviews and validates project financial status.
+ Establish positive working relationships with the customer team, to get the best understanding of the existing cost structure possible.
+ Establish open lines of communication between regional and if required, worldwide groups.
+ Negotiate commercial terms and business principles on behalf of the business line through all stages of contracting.
+ Advise team on revenue impact of work
+ Assess and quantify risk
+ Structure and price deals to maximize profits.
Education and Experience Required:
+ First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
+ Typically 6+ years of experience as a financial analyst.
+ Typically experienced in more than one finance function.

+ Business and customer oriented Team player with ability to form alliances across boundaries.
+ Proven project management skills and leadership capabilities.
+ Strong influencing and communication skills at a Senior level.
+ Ability to cope with very high peak workloads, short deadlines and significant pressure.
+ Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis, with advanced knowledge in one area.
+ Excellent analytical skills.
+ Excellent business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
+ Superior teamwork skills

+ Strong understanding of US GAAP and revenue recognition policy or negotiation Contracting practices and government regulations.
