- Manage the data entry process of personnel particulars for onboarding and offboarding to establish error-free information of employees
- Administer payroll-related activities; month end closing of overtime calculation and reports for operations staff to ensure punctual and error-free payroll submissions
- Facilitate the administration and execution of HR functions in areas of orientation, leave and benefits, awards and staff wellness
- Answer enquiries regarding eligibility, benefits, and other pertinent information; provide employees with a channel to seek advice
- To maintain historical human resource records by having a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
