Brand Audit
- Perform a monthly brand audit to ensure all information accross all distribution channels is up to date with the latest promotions & information and to remove any unofficial accounts associated with the property.
- Responsible for ensuring that all online and offline collaterals for hotel and managed F&B outlets follow the branding guidelines.
- To develop strategies to ensure Tripadvisor ranking is within Top 10 in Johor Bahru.
- To ensure that all online and offline touch points are in line with branding guidelines and updated with latest information as per Guest Decision Journer flow.
Digital Marketing
- Develop key digital marketing strategies to track and increases direct booking via direct online distribution channels (not limited to Social Media Channels / Website / Tripadvisor).
- Perform a weekly social media audit to ensure that all channels (including OTA) are updated with the latest information, promotion and pictures.
- Champion of a weekly Social Media Plan to recommend and execute (not limited to) timely content curation. ongoing promotion campaigns and in house event coverage.
Reputation Management
- Ensure that all reviews/comments are shared with the Operations team and replied to via Online Management Response Tool on a daily basis and to achieve at least 90% Management Response rate accross all channels.
- To ensure that negative feedbacks and complaints (including comment cards & OTAs) are identified and appropriately managed within three (3) business working days.
Marketing Partnerships
- Develop and excuse collaboration initiatives with online influencers, community partners to increase brand awareness and develop new innovative marketing initiatives.
- Identify and collaborate with strategic partners for corporate tie ups.
Quarterly & Tactical Promotions Marketing
- Manage in house Quarterly & Tactical Promotions related work stack according to agreed timelines with the Operations Team.
- To ensure that artwork design and copy meets the brand guidelines and to work with freelance designers if required.
- Maintain CRM database for email marketing strategy and to carry out timely email blasts.
Marketing Collaterals for F&B/Retail & Office Space Leasing
- Manage both online & offline marketing Collaterals for leasing of F&B / Retails Spaces & Office Space.
Data Reporting & Insights
- Manage data driven marketing initiatives and reporting metrics not limited to SEM/SEO and providing reports to track effectiveness of marketing campaigns, quarterly/tactical promotions and effectiveness of distribution channels.
- Report on NPS rating for private surveys conducted with Guests and areas Management and Operations Team to improve guest satisfaction.
PR and Events
- Ensure that press releases are completed in a timely and accurate manner for any major or ad-hoc events.
- Work closesly with the team to plan and execute Care Luxury CARES events throughout the year as part of our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
- To plan and work closely with Sales and Marketing Teams to participate in Trade fairs.
Others
- To assist in ad-hoc projects wherever required.
- Responsible for maintaining work stack for workload planning and distribution.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Good degree in Marketing or related degree.
- Min. 1 - 2 years in experience in digital marketing role or marketing experience in the hotel industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
- Excellent working knowledge on increasing direct bookings.
- Excellent working knowledge of Facebook insights, SEM, SEO, Google Adwords.
- Basic knowledge in Photoshop, Adobe Light room.
- Able to perform data analysis.
- Exposure to project management and able to handle multiple streams of work.
