Job Responsibilities :
- Maintain full set of accounts, including preparation of management accounts, budget & forecast and management report.
- Handle daily accounting operational functions.
- Assist to prepare financial statements for month end closing.
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and filing system.
- Assist to handle some office administration related functions.
- Assist to handle ad hoc duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Job Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Preferably candidates who expert in AutoCount software and expert in full set of account skills.
- Positive attitude & good written and oral communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently & under minimal supervision.
