Prepare bi-weekly report of outstanding tickets and discuss with the business
Good understanding of SAP Access/ profile Security
Able to implement SAP access controls and administer security rights within the system
Able to coordinate SAP access Security support/Development issues and resolution
Understand Transport and RevTrac process
Comply with all required aspects of Service Manager 7 (SM7), RevTrac, etc procedures
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 2-3year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proven experience of Incident Management across Desktop technologies (Windows clients and Microsoft Office applications) and/or SAP Applications
- Excellent written and oral communications in English
- Must possess own transport, willing to work in shift pattern and at Cyberjaya, Selangor.
