- Co-manage and inspire a team of designers and writer, direct the professional development of other team members such as the marketing teams to ensure objective-satisfied delivery of projects.
- Lead brainstorming sessions, execute and manage the creative team from concept to completion of the projects with strong leadership.
- Creative conceptual thinking with emphasis on the big picture and define marketing communications’ creative direction and technical innovation across all platforms.
- Timely delivery of services & solutions with professionalism and quality at all times.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in an advertising agency
- Knowledgeable about Property Campaign
- Able to work on several projects simultaneously, efficiently, resourcefully and approach all jobs with a marketing perspective.
- A Degree/Diploma in Art/Graphic Design/Multimedia / 3D Max or equivalent.
- Able to work independently and be a team player at the same time.
- Positive attitude, cheerful and good interpersonal skills.
- At least 3-4 years of similar experience.
- Applicants able to read Mandarin will be an added advantage
