Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for company assets & equipments
  • Monitor overall office maintenance
  • Monitor sundries & toiletries stocks
  • Handling despatch assignments
  • Being in charge of company vehicles (eg: road tax, insurance, routine services etc.)
  • Monitor & process company billings
  • Coordinate with project management team fulfilling tender requirement
  • Handling phone calls and receptionist duties
  • Day to day administrative tasks


  • Recognized diploma/degree in business studies, administration
  • Good interpersonal skills, dynamic, diligent and resourceful
  • Able to communicate with all level of staff
  • Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an advantage
  • Preferably 1 year working experience
  • Willing to work overtime as and when necessary
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
