Responsible for full of Human Resource and Administration functions as included:
- Staff recruitment
- Formulate and advise on HR policies and procedures
- Responsible for processing monthly payroll
- Assistant in handling employee compensation and benefits
- Liaise with a government such as EPF, SOCSO, LHDN and etc.
- Foreigner recruitment and employment pass application with relevant authorities
- Responsible for general office administration, data entry, and filing
- To prepare various company memos, letters, report and etc
- Handling phone calls and daily correspondences
· Min Bachelor’s Diploma in Human Resource Management or related equivalent
· Required skill(s) Excellent interpersonal, computer literate, conflict management & problem-solving skills
· Min 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Human Resource or equivalent.
· Able to read and write in Chinese and English
· Full-time position(s) available & based at Chepor, Ipoh, Perak.
