DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To build talent pipelines and collaborations with universities, colleges and institutes
2. To ensure the effectiveness of on-boarding of new Hartanians
3. To assisting in implementing and ensuring effectiveness of competency development programs
4. Ensuring effectiveness of promotion mechanisms
5. Implementing and managing high potential programs, as well as structured internship program
6. Assisting in implementing and managing succession planning program
7. Provide necessary training and guidance to selected executive and subsequently validating their readiness.
8. Provide coaching to subordinates.
