- Supervises daily operation of support services for an organization.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Interact with external providers of outsourced services for the delivery and operation of collaboration and productivity services.
- Develop and maintain system documentations and standard operating procedures.

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Business or Finance or related disciplines.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in the clerical and administration
- Reports to a manager.
- Excellent written and oral communications in English
- Must possess own transport and willing to work at Cyberjaya, Selangor.
