- Assist in Payroll processing.
- Responsible for Immigration matters .
- To assist in employee induction program.
- To maintain all employee personnel files.
- Create ID & access card for new joinees.
- To create and update employee movement for insurance purposes.
- Manage and monitor employee medical claims on weekly basis.
- Process and Coordinate SOCSO claims for employees.
- To be responsible for Zakat Pendapatan registration.
- Responsible to issue general letters to employees whenever needed.
- Manage and update Employee Personnel Catalogue .
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Familiar with Immigration matters i.e Work Permit /Employment Pass application and renewal.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
