Job Description
- Arrange staff weekly schedule.
- Responsible for coordinating the entire operation of the outlet during schedule shifts.
- Ensure achievement of monthly sales target.
- Supervising staff throughout their shift and providing them with feedback.
- Assist in dealing with customer complaints.
- Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
- Checking inventory levels and ordering supplies.
- Hold regular and daily briefings and update the outlet employees on daily happenings and events in the shop.
- Preparing cash drawers and ordering supplies.
- Check and ensure quality of food and beverage served are according to the standard recipe and at their highest quality at all times.
- During operations hours, ensure cleanliness of outlet all times.
- Assist outlet management team on daily operations.
- Checking daily sales record.
- Checking delivery of goods are according to order, specification and high quality operation role.
- Assigned staff accordingly to their designated section.
- Constantly check and ensure all food display counter are replenish according to the par level.
- To assist outlet management in checking maintenance issue and taking follow up action.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM, Diploma or equivalent, in any field.
- Fiendly, courteous responsible and self motivated.
- Able to adapt changes and must be a fast learner.
- Good interpersonal and communicate skill.
- Ability to multi-task functions effectively.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Applicants must be willing to work at Penang Queensbay Mall.
- Process own transport.
- Minimum 1 year working experience.
- Preferred Chinese candidates.
- Able to commit in retail working hours including weekends and public holidays.
