- Responsible for the daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing, and following up on Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, Invoices and etc.
- Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the Company's specifications.
- Plan and schedule delivery and procurement according to order requirement.
- Prepare shipping documents for import and export transactions.
- Provide general administrative / clerical support including phone calls, mailing, filing of documents, scanning, data entry for company and Sales and Marketing Team.
- Coordinate daily sales activities and compile sales reports.
- Maintain and update data in system.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary School/STPM/O Level/Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent and familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Candidate with working experience preferably specialized in Supply Chain Coordinator or equivalent is encouraged to apply.
- Candidate with good interpersonal skills.
- Required languages: English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia.
