Responsibilities:
- You will provide premium customer services to clients via telephone, email, fax, social media apps and remote dial-in.
- You will be the second level troubleshooting for customers.
- Escalate unresolved issue to third level, product principle or 3rd parties.
- Track, route and redirecting problems to correct department or person.
- To assigns case to the Field Support engineer and coordinate with Logistic for part requisition.
- Monitor and follow up the issue until resolved.
- Update all information into CRM, client web portal, asset management system and etc.
- Assist, guide and coach the Asst CSE or CSE (Call Center).
- Any other duties as instructed by the Reporting Oficer or the Management.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in IT or Computer Science/ Computer Engineering with minimum 1 year working experience in the related environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English is essential.
- Able to speak in Cantonese is an added advantage.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Willing to work based on shift roaster.
