Requirements

  • Minimum SPM, fresh graduates also encouraged to apply 
  • No relevant experience needed
  • Computer literacy (typing, excel & word user) and Internet savvy  
  • Compulsory of Chinese and English written and spoken (Bahasa Malaysia secondary)
  • Age limit between 18 to 35
  • Gender: Female only
  • Working day (24hrs x 7days): 5 per week, rest day: 2 per week.
  • Shifts hour: 7. 00a.m to 4. 30p.m, 10. 00a.m to 7.30p.m. and 12. 30p.m to 9.00p.m.
  • Possess own transport

Responsibilities

  • Deal directly with customers both by telephone and electronically. 
  • Handle customers' inquiries, follow-up calls, processing relevant reports, etc.
  • Ensure customers' requests, inquiries, and complaints are attended and responded in a timely manner, as indeed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Introduce, explain & promote company's activities/products to customers. 
  • Manage customers’ accounts and administration
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow up on customer interactions 
  • Communication and coordination

  • 无需相关领域经验
  • 电脑知识 (打字, Excel & Word使用) 和精通互联网  
  • 必须中英语文书写和说能力(马来文次要)
  • 年龄于18 至 35
  • 性别: 只限女性
  • 工作天 (24小时 x 7天制度):5天/星期; 休息日: 2天/星期.
  • 值班时间: 7. 00a.m to 4. 30p.m, 10. 00a.m to 7.30p.m. and 12. 30p.m to 9.00p.m.
  • 自备交通

职责: -

  • 客户服务通过电话和电子服务
  • 管理及处理客户所有的咨询及投诉,需灵活做出合理的评估和圆满客户的需求
  • 跟进所有客户未完成的事项、通过电话服务通知及处理客户的报表
  • 熟悉公司产品、有效地推广及介绍给客户
  • 与客户保持良好的关系,收集及整合客户的意见
  • 于部门其他的客服人员保持良好的沟通及配合
