- To understand the product benefits and advantages.
- To prepare strategies according to the sales force and should be able execute those strategies at right time.
- Ensure the sales team force in positive and are geared up for the challenge.
- Find out prospective customers and new target segment and penetrate sales in that area.
- Teach the sales force about converting leads to sales through good communication, follow-ups and positive attitude.
- Monitoring the situation of the market, ups and down, finding out the competitors, latest innovation of the products.
- Complete understanding about the product and finding out how the market product for different segments.
- To ensure sales floor is ready for trading and conveniences for customer as per standard set.
- Responsible for achieving personal and shop sales target.
- Perform all other tasks assigned by Superior.
- Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U,Diploma/Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Study/Administration/Management, Protective Service & Management or equivalent,any field.
- Preferably Entry Level specialised in Sales-Retail/General or equivalent.
- Able spoken : Mandarin,English,Malay & Hokkian.
- Independent and responsible work attitude.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work in retail hour shifts, Public holiday and weekend.
