Responsibilities:
 To perform and handle full sets of accounts
 Preparation for month end closing and financial reporting
 Assist in preparation of management reports
 Check and prepare GST for submission
 To perform daily accounting transactions and operations
 To perform bank, creditors and debtors’ reconciliations and assist in administrative duties
 Liaise with auditors and tax agents and related parties for statutory requirement
 Maintain all files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
 Liaise, follow up and update on outstanding matters
 Compose and prepare correspondence, reports, memorandum, agenda, and minutes of meetings
 Maintain strictly confidential and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and business associates
 Maintain good coordinate between office branch and HQ Office
 Responsible for daily administration, office management, office maintenance and
organizations procedures
 Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required

 

Requirement:
 Candidate must possess Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related fields and possess professional qualification
 Minimum of 2 years accounting experience with good knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office
 Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferably in construction industry
 Familiar with clerical and administration will be prioritize
 Demonstrate sound administrative, analytical, organizational, scheduling and prioritizing skills. Be proactive, responsive to change in direction or priorities and able to work under tight deadlines & fast paced environment
 Ability to multi-tasking, meticulous eye for detail and work independently with minimum supervision as well as in a team
 MUST be able to work fast under pressure and have a good discipline
 Computer literate proficiency in Microsoft Office application
 Professional personality with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
 Possess own transport
 Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
