  • Responsible for all spectrum of Human Resources functions including Adminstration, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, Employee Relations / disciplinary matters, Employee Welfare and other Human Resources duties;
  • Liaise with top management on salary levels for existing and prospective staff consistent with market conditions and organization policies;
  • Reviewing and revising Human Resources policies to ensure compliance with changing or new legislation;
  • Develop personal policies, maintain and update policy manuals as well as employee handbooks as needed;
  • Orgaanize and conduct employee interview, induction and recruitment programs;
  • Collect ongoing information regarding satisfaction of employee on salary packages, beneftis, working conditions and etc.;
  • Keep top management informed on antidiscrimation regulations;
  • Design and create general correspondence, letter and memorandum with regards to Human Resources;
  • Develop & implement the grievance policy and procedures ;
  • Handling foreign workers affairs and liaise with Immigration, KDN, and matters related to foreign workers administration;
  • As a HR Adviser, to monitor issues and concerns in employment law, communicating potential changes to top management;
  • Responsible for update and maintain time management system, i.e. attendance records and prepares daily and monthly payroll report;
  • Liaise with all government bodies, local authorities adn agencies;
  • Ensure a comprehensive manpower planning and recruitment strategies for company.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/ Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent;
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Managerial level;
  • Ability to influence and persuasive to top Management;
  • Responsible for overseeing employee wellbeing;
  • Excellent knowledge of Local Labour Law and Employment Act;
  • Ability to assist top management in all employee related matters;
  • Excellent communcation and problem solving skills;
  • Pro-active, resourceful and able to work independently;
  • Required languages: Mandarin, English & Malay
