HR Manager – Johor (5182/MY)
Our client is one of the leading contender in the FMCG sector. Strong and established, they have offices and plants across the globe. They are currently seeking for a high calibre HR Manager to be based in Johor.
Reporting to the Country HR Lead, you will be leading a team to execute HR functions and develop the HR team and organization as a whole. You are responsible for managing talent through workforce planning, talent sourcing, on-boarding, training and performance management. This role will requires you to manage employee and industrial relation matters, including negotiations and collective bargaining with the Union. You will be tasked to ensure that HR operations are carried out smoothly and update the policies and procedures when needed.
In order to be successful in this role, you should have 10-15 years’ experience in Human Resources and managing a team. You should be able to demonstrate the ability to be innovative in executing HR functions. Experience in dealing with Union is essential for this role and prior multinational experience will be an added advantage.
