- Speak to customers and communicate their issues to the management
- Manage the Outlet in term of staffing, cash flow, ingredient
- Analyze the past and current foods and beverages trend for improvement proposal.
- Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales
- Taking responsibility for the business performance of the outlet
- Candidate must possess at least 5 credit SPM or Diploma, any field or Equivalent.
- More than 5 (s) of working experience in equivalent an established café.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated.
- Fluent in English and BM.
- Possess own transportation.
