- PC and Network maintenance and support.
- Understand the sales product including hardware and software.
- Remote Customer Support on software products.
- PC and Network maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Passionate in learning new technology.
- Able to work independently as well as in team & interact with people of all levels.
- Able to write and speak fluently in English and Chinese.
- Basic knowledge in accounting software will be a plus.
- Training will be given.
