Job Responsibility
  • Perform checking on active job posting's write-up
  • Perform checking on all applicants from all jobs
  • Match job seekers / talents to the jobs applied
  • Call to follow up with applicants & employer on hiring status
  • Keep track on all hiring status from various employer
  • Making recommendations to Company's hiring manager on suitable talents
  • Maintaining relationships with both Job Seekers and Employers to ensure staffing goals are achieved
  • Serving as a liaison with University or Colleges
  • Completing Timely report on employment activity
  • Performing reference and background checks

Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field
  • Ability to cultivate and build relationships
  • A "Hunter mentality" which means you should always be on the lookout for potential job candidates and clients
  • A 'Big Picture Thinking" which means developing the ability to see how candidate can fit into the job and potential value they can bring
  • Strong Follow-Up skills
  • Ability to consult with people and offer advice when needed
  • Computer Literate a Social Media friendly
  • Experience in recruitment will be a PLUS POINT
  • Required Language: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9:00AM to 6:00PM), Saturday (9:00AM to 01:00PM)
