Job Responsibility
  • Welcome customer by greeting them; offering them assistance
  • Directs customer by escorting them to the suggesting items
  • Advise customer by providing information on products; offering suggestions and opinions based on individual requirements
  • Respond to customers requests and concerns in a resourceful manner
  • Demonstrate the working of a product to customer when necessary
  • Answered customers queries and concerns regarding products and deliveries
  • Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing payment through cash or credit cards
  • Display of merchandise on shelves in a tidy manner
  • Receive delivery of merchandise and make sure that all items are stored and stacked properly and easy to reach
  • Check the goods received against DO and confirm in the POS system
  • Maintained sales records
  • Control on inventory and reduce out of stock situation
  • Order goods when it runs down
  • Ensure that any damaged or expired products are reported and removed from the shelves
  • Make sure that work area are clean and shelves are dusted properly
  • Attach pricing & article code labels to items before placing them on shelves
  • Ensure that price changes put on items immediately and check if POS system updated the changed price for the item(s)
  • Check promotional items price runs accordingly in the POS system
  • Provide customers with information on deals and promotions
  • Managed customers refunds & returns
  • Managed product returns and exchanges
  • Keep a vigilant eye on shoplifters and fraudulent credit cards
  • Provide training on sales & merchandises to new hires and assist them in daily operations

Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, any field.
  • Able to speak English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia & Local dialect.
  • Willing to learn medical products
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Willing to work on shift basis

Job Benifits
  • Salary Range: RM1200 - RM1500 (Commensurate with relevant working experience)
  • Working Hours:
    • 6 days a week & 1 day off on weekdays
    • 10.00am-7.00pm
    • 1.00pm-10.00pm
    • 10.00am-10.00pm
