- Procurement of materials for In House production.
- Seek and source for potential alternative suppliers.
- Cost control and negotiate credit term from suppliers.
- Preparation of purchase order and follow up to ensure timely shipment.
- Perform checking on accuracy of shipped materials and documents.
- Assist on administration and clerical duties.
- Assist on Employees payroll enquiries.
- Ad-hoc duties as per required.
- 5.5 working days, Saturday until 1pm.
- Language required(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Melayu.
- Working experience in related field is an added advantage.
- Proficient in SQL Accounting, UBS Payroll is an added advantage.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome and guidance will be provided.
- Possess own transport.
