Job Responsibility
  • Procurement of materials for In House production.
  • Seek and source for potential alternative suppliers.
  • Cost control and negotiate credit term from suppliers.
  • Preparation of purchase order and follow up to ensure timely shipment.
  • Perform checking on accuracy of shipped materials and documents.
  • Assist on administration and clerical duties.
  • Assist on Employees payroll enquiries.
  • Ad-hoc duties as per required.

Job Requirements
  • 5.5 working days, Saturday until 1pm.
  • Language required(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Melayu.
  • Working experience in related field is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in SQL Accounting, UBS Payroll is an added advantage.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome and guidance will be provided.
  • Possess own transport.
  • 2 Full-Time positions available.
