We are a medium-sized Public Relations consultancy serving local and global brands. We are currently seeking a well organised, hardworking, and dedicated Office Administrator to assist in day-to-day administrative duties including collating media clippings and tabulating PR value, dealing with suppliers/vendors, making phone calls, organising files, updating reports, and general administrative duties.
The prospective candidate must possess the following attributes:
- Highly organised and able to multi-task efficiently
- Meticulous, creative, and result-oriented
- Proficient in English and at least one other language
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Presentable with good human relations skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organisational skills
Candidates with secretarial or relevant work experience will be advantageous.
