- Become an expert on all innovation product. Guru.
- Tech Communication/Support - email, telephone , Skype, with both lients/retailers and end users.
– Tech trouble shooting/support.
- Conclude service support in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilising and updating CRM database and VOIP telephone systems.
- Keeping all involved parties in the picture and with regular updates, until concluded.
- Creating and communicating service and product performanve levels reports.
- Managing spare parts store.
- Overseeing spare parts distribution/logistics.
- Always striving to have service levels that are deemed as excellent.
- Pompting and overseeing successful ‘third party’ service calss/visits.
- Utilization of Microsoft Office Products – specifically excel.
- Passionate about customer service and achieving excellent standard.
