- To handle Director's office and all correspondence mails, make reservation for travel details, liaise with company secretary on matters pertaining to company secretarial, managing files, coordinate meetings.
- To organize daily routine for the director, i.e. scheduling, prioritizing and confirming meetings and appointments, taking minutes, tracking of deadlines and follow-ups with respective teams on projects progress.
- To undertake special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties specified by the management.
- To maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and clients.
