Our Aircraft on Ground (AOG) Resolution Centre is keen to
team-up with highly independent and self-driven individuals to continuously
support us in delivering high quality MRO services to our
customers.



The AOG Resolution Centre maintains a 24-hours / 7 days service and is a
central contact point for all matters relating to urgent aircraft material
requests from our customers – in the region and around the globe.

The Opportunity: AOG Supply Chain Executive 
As an AOG
Supply Chain Executive, you will be part of SR Technics’ AOG Resolution Centre
team - based in Malaysia – that provides round-the-clock, global support to
customers. In this role:

  • You will be the primary point of contact to deliver swift and precise solutions for all AOG and urgent aircraft material requests.
  • You will decide, execute and coordinate activities that support urgent material requests from global customers. These activities include the transfer, purchase, sale, loan or exchange of parts to customers.

Responsibilities Include:
• Receive and process AOG and
urgent material requests from customers
• Identify material in SRT Supply
Chain, release available material from global SRT Distribution Centers or
expedite existing orders
• Strategically source material from external
suppliers using all available tools
• Obtain multiple quotations (as per
procurement policy) prior to the procurement of requested materials
• Work as
a liaison between Purchasing, Logistics, Engineering and Maintenance
departments
• Continuously follow-up to ensure supplier and delivery
commitments are met for all AOG and urgent material requests
• Ensure
seamless collaboration, proper communication and quality service to both
internal and external customers and partners
• Ensure duties are performed in
full compliance of existing procedures and processes.
• Ensure pro-active
mitigation of operational risks
• Provide back-up to other team members in
performing their functions whenever required

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
• A Bachelor’s
Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Supply Chain, Aviation Management or Business
Administration
• Previous airline / aviation experience (MRO/OEM) is
preferred
• A minimum of 3 years working experience in the areas of customer
support, purchasing, material management, logistics or general supply chain will
provide a strong foundation for you in this role
• Demonstrated ability to
understand, adapt and work with people of various backgrounds and culture

SAP experience preferred

Personal Specifications:
• Self-initiative and ability
to work independently with little supervision required
• High fluency in
verbal and written English. Other language skills will be advantageous

Uncompromised customer and service minded problem solver
• Highly motivated,
stress resistant and result oriented
• Willingness to work in a 2-3 shift
working system (24/7)
