Get a chance to develop the business agenda within the business to support long term Channel Category growth and profitably increase market share.
Your responsibilities would be to:
Ensure all the throughput sales performance for Channel sales by category
Develop and update journey plan for channel sales team to ensure 200% coverage
Update customer database maintenance, product distribution and Merchandising Standards ( i.e. ensure full compliance of channel must-have-list, timely implementation of promotional activities, channel planogram and maximize usage of point-of-sales materials)
Ensure the stock availability in channel account outlets
Coach and develop team of sales representative to contribute to the development of the business
You must have the following:
Possess 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and has successfully delivered KPIs assigned
Possess a Diploma in any related discipline
SPM holders/ Sales Representative with at least 5 years of FMCG sales experience are encouraged to apply
Has experience in managing and leading field sales team ( i.e. team leader)
Good written and communication skills
Able to execute duties with minimal supervision
