About the Enterprise Customer Success Manager Role:
In this exciting business role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients whilst meeting new potential clients and work to build the company's revenue and brand. You will also build customer service relations, identify customer or client issues, negotiate business deals and maintain an extensive knowledge on the current market conditions.
- Working with the enterprise customers to develop high-performing email marketing campaigns
- Optimising email deliverability
- Managing creative projects (newsletter templates, opt-in forms, landing pages)
- Troubleshooting and liaising with multiple departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Providing expertise on running a successful permission-based email marketing campaign
To succeed in this role, you will need to have at least two years' experience in a similar role preferably in a customer focused industry with a clear understanding of online marketing and client servicing.
- Excellent command of English with superb verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience working in the customer service industry
- Strong knowledge of SQL and HTML
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
