Job Responsibility
  • Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone call or email
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • Advise user on appropriate action
  • Log all helpdesk interactions
  • Redirect problems to correct resource
  • Track and route problems and requests and document

Job Requirements
  • Good customer service skills
  • Speak and read in Mandarin
  • A bit of IT knowledge, troubleshoot
