  • Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Deal directly with customers by telephone & face to face
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • Maintain customer databases
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, any field.
  • Required language(s):Chinese, English
  • Able to speak and write English fluently will be added advantage
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Knowledge in MS Excel &Word
  • Willing to work multitask and able to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • 5 Full-Time position(s) available.
