Role & Responsibilities

  • Responsible to print the pre-alert and open the manual job folder
  • Checking with airline/liner on shipments arrival status
  • To update the customer on shipment arrival status
  • To handover the Folder to custom declaration staff for documentation if shipments under own clearance for pre clearance
  • To release and collect the payments (COD) term if shipments release to customer official agent and it subject to shipment term
  • To check with import staff for original console pouch
  • To check with warehouse staff if cargo has been transfer to warehouse
  • To prepare the delivery order and arrange for cargo delivery
  • Open job in system
  • Prepare invoice and courier to customer with complete documents
  • To enter the related cost into system and close the file within the timeline given
  • Undertake ad-hoc task assigned

Education, Experience, Certification and Training requirements

  • SPM or above
  • Good communication skill in English
  • Problem solving ability if any query from customer (Internal / External)
  • Minimum 2 or 3 year experience in Airfreight freight industries
  • Experience in all – rounded of airfreight/ocean freight operational matter is advantage

  • Able to communicate in English & Malay
  • Well-organized, good communication & strong sense of responsibilities
  • Able to provide solutions to problems for customer
  • Able to communicate well with others and can work independently
  • Immediate available is preferably
  • MS application and Excel is advantage
