Job Description:

  • Compliance with regulatory requirement for the listed Company and private subsidiaries
  • Ensure companies’ statutory records are in order and up-to-date
  • Organize the Annual General Meeting and Board of Directors meetings
  • General administrative duties related to company secretarial functions

Requirements :

  • Possess ICSA qualification
  • Min. 2 year of corporate secretarial work experience
  • Familiar with requirements of Companies Act 1965, Companies Commission of Malaysia and
  • Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive working attitude, meticulous and able to meet deadlines
