Job Responsibility
- Under the general supervision of the Operations Manager;
- Responsible for facilitating or providing assistance to all guest queries/requests;
- To ensure the delivery of consistent and excellent customer service to all guests;
- To undertake the general cleanliness of the property;
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM certification;
- Applicants with experience in the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Tourism or customer service industry will be an added advantage;
- Able to communicate in both written and verbal for Bahasa Malaysia and English language;
- Team player who is highly independent self-motivated results-oriented and innovative;
- Pleasant personality with good problem-solving skills;
- Able to work on shifts, weekends and during Public Holidays;
- Applicants must be willing to work in Shaftsbury Square, Cyberjaya.
