Providing clerical and administrative support to staff of the Human Resources Department.
Recruit, screen, interview, hire and dismiss employees as necessary, following all HR processes and procedures
Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees
Continually educate employees on company policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress etc.) and keep employee handbook current.
Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments discussing any problems or grievances they may have
Attend to employee complaints and work to resolve conflicts
Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
Manage and supervise other HR staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks
Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws
Maintaining employee personnel files.
Writing up job descriptions.
Ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information and statutory compliance.
Organising inductions and training for new employees.
Ensure that employees adhere to Club's policies and procedures.
Keeping a track record of employee’s attendance, filing leave forms and keeping track record of leaves taken.
Conduct monthly review for probationary employees with Department Heads concerned.
Conduct exit interview.
Write meeting minutes.
