Responsibilities:

  • Assist on administrative support include manage filling system, prepare letters, data entry, other  ad hoc duties etc.
  • Handle calls, faxes, and email
  • Keep records on files in and out

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM level
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Languague proficiency:  Proficiency in spoken and written English, Malay,Mandarin. 
  • Computer literate (Knowledge on MS Office)
