Regional Head of Performance Management (5175/SM)
A well-established organization in the Natural Resources business is looking for a Regional Head of Performance to lead their performance team of the Center of Excellence, with the main objective of building a High-Performance Workforce.
You will be accountable to develop the performance management and competency management frameworks and drive a consistent practice for the Company in order to achieve the long-term growth of the organisation. You will strategize, plan and lead the implementation of Job Evaluation and Job Analysis for greater work efficiency and higher organisation performance. You will lead the development of communication campaign, content and materials for performance related activities and act as the frontline and key- contact person for all performance-related matters.
Ideally you should have 15 years working experience in all aspects of HR Management with at least 6 years specialist experience in Performance Management. Proven experience in managing a team. Has strong communication (written & spoken) skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Bachelor degree or post-graduate qualification in Human Resource or other related disciplines. Preferably from reputable HR consulting firm or HR specialist in MNC.
