The Performance Analyst is an essential member of the Finance Malaysia/Singapore Team, which is responsible for the performance management, reporting and control of the business operating units in Malaysia and Singapore. The successful candidate will be directly involved in supporting the businesses for Malaysia / Singapore. He or she must be performance biased, have strong accounting, analytical and IT skills and the ability to communicate effectively.

Essential experience and job requirements
Fluency in spoken and written English is a key requirement of the role.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant Accounting & Finance experience covering areas of business performance management, financial accounting and reporting, business planning and financial control is required. The post-holder must have a high degree of analytical skills, numerical skills and commercial awareness. Experience in an operations or business role would have an added advantage.
The post-holder is able to interact effectively with different levels both within and outside the countries. The post-holder must be self-confident, pro-active, highly performance driven, able to work with little supervision on long term tasks and highly focused on delivery. Ability to manage conflicting priorities is essential.
