QualificationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent at least 3-5 years work experience supporting Identity & Access Management services. May hold professional certification(s) in work field such as ITIl v3 Foundation/Intermediate, MCITP, MCSE, and Privileged Access Management related certifications.·Apply advanced technical knowledge to support the Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution development, implementation and administration adhering to the PAM solution framework and principles offered by CA Privileged Access Manager solution. ·Maintaining access privileges through automation and supports reporting ability on user access privileges.·Manage Identity Access Management (IAM) workflows across all end points.·Maintain the self-service portal and its interfaces for password resets and access requests.·Manage group assignments defined by customer business policy.·Monitor all provisioning and group assignment activity for regular audit reporting.·Manage attestation schedules and remediation activities.·Produce regular service management reports to track performance.·Resolve single and cross technology incidents independently. Work with team members to resolve unusually complex or cross technology incidents.·Proactively and reactively look for solutions to prevent problems from occurring in team/technology area.·Independently review, implement, and verify changes/solutions of high complexity and risk to meet customer and HP Information Technology (HPIT) infrastructure needs. Participation in a CAB/TAB meetings.·Proactively monitor the environment for security compliance. ·Ensure Configuration Management Database (CMDB) entries are complete and accurate.·May provide feedback/influence change in internal and/or vendor-provided products/service offerings.·Project Management: Participate, propose, and/or lead customer and internal projects across technology customers and/or internal businesses/end users areas, including transformation.·Teamwork: Work as part of a team, which may be virtual, global, and/or multi-functional. Lead teams which address operational processes and policies in work area. Seen as a resource to the team in one or more technical or business areas. Becoming a trusted advisor inside and outside the team/technology area.
