Experience in doing employee handbook is a must.
Candidate must possess Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field.
Well-versed in both written and spoken Chinese, Malay & English .
Result oriented and good communication skill. Self-motivated.
Highly Independent and able to work with minumum supervision
Provide professional secretarial duties such as manage meeting minutes, travel arrangement, draft letter and other administrative matters, monitor deadlines and follow respective personnel on progress whenever necessary.
To handle the full spectrum of payroll processing.
To conduct induction and orientation programs for new staff.
To prepare, update and maintain HR reports.
To assist in recruitment activities.
To be responsible for all HR administrative needs of all employees.
To be responsible for all HR documentation including promotion, transfer and all matters related to staff personal files.
To assist in conducting of investigations and domestic inquiries upon receipt of complaints or reports on indiscipline.
To perform any other tasks as assigned from time to time.
